What you will do

• Work within a dedicated middle- or back-office team, such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash, Business Management, or Finance.
• Contribute to team objectives, daily processes, and a challenging 10-week internship project.
• Analyze situations, develop solutions, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Investigate data discrepancies, reconcile information across systems, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Use technology and automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Build an understanding of how trading functions and support systems work together.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, structured data sets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom without future sponsorship requirements.

• Interest in trading and technology, with an aspiration to build a career in middle- or back-office functions.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools, automation, and process improvement.
