Insight Analyst

Location: London, UK; minimum one office day per week on Wednesdays

What you will do

• Support and lead insight projects for agency clients, producing decks, reports, and one-pagers.
• Analyze hirify.global datasets to identify trends and patterns aligned with client objectives.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and compelling presentations.
• Own the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of outputs according to department best practices.
• Partner with the Revenue team on incoming projects and contribute to non-client-specific assets.
• Present insights to clients and internal teams when required.

Requirements

• Experience as a researcher or analyst, ideally in market research.
• Ability to translate data into engaging narratives with strong attention to detail and writing skills.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and delivering work to tight deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Google Slides experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organization, time management, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• All recruitment stages are conducted in English.

• Experience with or willingness to adopt AI-powered solutions.
• Google Slides experience.
