Technical Delivery Lead (IoT)

Location: Porto, Portugal; flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home

What you will do

• Own Program Increment and sprint delivery planning, improving team velocity, predictability, and delivery efficiency.
• Track and report delivery flow metrics, story completion, on-time delivery, and team burndown.
• Coordinate release readiness, platform dependencies, hotfix workflows, and deployments with DevOps.
• Identify critical-path dependencies, escalate risks early, and lead blocker mitigation across the squad.
• Facilitate sprint cycles, daily standups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery-process improvements with the Scrum Master.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading software delivery, project management, or release management in agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, including sprint cadences, delivery metrics, and multi-team roadmaps.
• Experience with release pipelines, multi-platform deployment schedules, hotfix workflows, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English and strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; application documents must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or Agile Leadership certification, such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe APM.
• Experience managing delivery for mobile or IoT-integrated software projects.
