Delivery Manager - Autonomous Networks

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Évora, Fundão, Lisbon - Colombo, Lisbon - Expo, or Vila Nova de Gaia; regular travel to Düsseldorf is required, with approximately 25% onsite presence.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous networks and automation initiatives through transition into live operations.
• Coordinate business and technical teams across all project phases.
• Manage planning, governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Remove blockers and align stakeholders around project objectives.
• Support operational and organizational processes required to move solutions from concept to production.

Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to Düsseldorf regularly are required.
