Technical Success Engineer SW (Smart Lockers)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and connect client needs with engineering teams.
• Implement hirify.global solutions for new and existing customers, supporting seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor available data, identify fleet-wide issues, and create and apply mitigations.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and overall functionality.
• Troubleshoot post-sales issues, advise customers on best practices, and improve customer-specific processes.
• Develop scalable delivery processes and collaborate with engineering on client inquiries and solution improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related position.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
• Ability to read programming languages, mainly Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, APIs, and integrations.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry.
• Experience in problem management.
• Fluency in French, Italian, German, or another European language.
• Experience with technical tools such as API documentation platforms.
