Junior Delivery Manager (AdTech)

Location: Russia; remote

Product – AdTech team focused on a self-service product portfolio.

What you will do

• Track Jira tickets, flag blockers and outdated items, maintain dependency notes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, write summaries, distribute action items, and draft weekly stakeholder updates.
• Maintain Confluence process documentation, decision logs, and launch notes.
• Conduct ad-hoc competitor, market, and user-flow research and synthesize feedback for product prioritization.
• Track recurring feedback themes, delivery metrics, and friction points across the product workflow.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Structured thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Availability to work remotely from Russia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Interest in gaming, digital products, or B2B SaaS.
• Prior experience in coordination, support, or student project lead roles.
