Employer Branding Specialist (GameDev)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-first with a minimum of 3 days per week at the Warsaw Dev Office

Salary: 10,600–14,500 PLN gross monthly

CD Projekt RED creates story-driven role-playing games and develops employer branding activities in-house.

What you will do

• Co-create employer branding content, including social media posts, articles, videos, and other materials.
• Manage content publishing across global social media channels, content calendars, careers pages, and employer profiles.
• Track, measure, and report performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Support cross-functional projects with teams across the Warsaw and Boston hubs.
• Coordinate the company’s presence at recruitment industry events.
• Develop new ideas, experiment with formats, and continue learning.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar employer branding role.
• Fluent English with excellent copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and online communities.
• Understanding of data-driven employer branding and social media.
• Marketing awareness and the ability to build and communicate a positive company image.
• Creative, proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn and experiment.

Nice to have

• Passion for video games and the game development industry.
• Knowledge of photo, video, and graphic design tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with analytics or project management tools such as Google Analytics, Miro, or Trello.
