What you will do

• Develop platform-specific social media strategies and long-term organic growth plans.
• Plan, write, adapt, and publish content for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram while maintaining a consistent content calendar.
• Build and moderate communities on platforms such as Discord and Telegram, monitor sentiment, and collect user feedback.
• Communicate with streamers, content creators, and influencers and coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats while proposing experiments and improvements.
• Track reach, engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness; prepare reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media.
• Required experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and online communities.
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn, X, Instagram, social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong English copywriting skills for engaging, brand-consistent content.
• Strong organization, ownership, communication, and ability to manage multiple content streams independently.

Nice to have

• Experience working with influencers, streamers, or content creators.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, or other social platforms.
• Basic understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital communications.
