GOC | Programmatic Specialist (Planning) (Programmatic Advertising): Preparing media plans, campaign activation materials, reports, and PCA presentations for programmatic campaigns with an accent on data analysis, campaign implementation, and client coordination. Focus on analyzing large and complex data files, developing actionable recommendations, and overseeing accurate campaign delivery in a hybrid Poland-based role.
Location: Hybrid work from an office in Poland, with two office days per week; locations include Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław.
Salary: 5,167–9,167 PLN gross per month

What you will do
- Prepare media plans aligned with agreed campaign strategies.
- Prepare and deliver materials for campaign activation.
- Prepare reports and PCA presentations.
- Coordinate with activation and client service teams.
- Oversee accurate campaign implementation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience planning and managing programmatic campaigns.
- Fluent English for collaboration with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
- Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and experience working with large, complex files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from one of the listed Poland offices.
