GOC | Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads): Managing and optimizing international SEM campaigns for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition with an accent on Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, and data analysis. Focus on running campaigns end to end, interpreting raw data, developing actionable recommendations, and achieving established KPIs across international markets.
Location: Hybrid work from offices in Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland; two days per week in the office.
Salary: 5,167–9,167 PLN gross per month

What you will do
- Build and manage SEM activities for international markets, including the UK, USA, and EMEA.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns from start to finish.
- Use Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising to deliver campaign results.
- Track KPIs related to e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition.
- Analyze campaign data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with global houses and multicultural teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.
- At least 1.5 years of experience conducting Google Ads or paid search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.
- Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to work with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness to work in a hybrid model from a Polish office.

- Experience with SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio.
