What you will do

• Test realistic workflows across booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality platforms.
• Evaluate AI-supported travel tools using real-world scenarios.
• Identify and document incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
• Review itineraries, reservations, and travel workflows for accuracy.
• Provide actionable feedback on platform usability and suggest improvements based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in travel operations, hospitality, corporate travel, booking, or reservations.
• Experience using reservation, ticketing, or travel management platforms.
• Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to explain the practical impact of workflow issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
• Experience evaluating travel technology platforms.
• Knowledge of travel itineraries, ticketing, reservations, and hospitality operations.
