What you will do

• Maintain and improve core internal tools such as Linear, Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Coda, or Airtable.
• Build dashboards, workflows, and templates to bring clarity and structure.
• Set up automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Support cross-team coordination and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Improve documentation, internal guidelines, and onboarding materials.
• Track operational metrics and surface insights to aid decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining or working deeply with internal tools (e.g., Linear, Airtable, Coda, ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot/Pipedrive).
• Comfort with light automation (Zapier, Make, n8n) or strong willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in productivity tools, workflows, and operational optimisation.
• Detail-oriented with a talent for creating order and clarity.
• Great communicator who enjoys supporting others and building smooth day-to-day operations.
• Must be based within the EU, within ±2 hours of CET.
