FIT Reservation Manager (Travel)

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Uzbekistan

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for B2B partners handling FIT and group requests.
• Create tailored commercial proposals for hotels, alternative accommodation, transportation, and custom excursions.
• Research, curate, and book accommodation and additional travel services across global markets.
• Negotiate rates, cancellation terms, booking conditions, and payment terms with hotels and suppliers.
• Support the full booking lifecycle, including modifications, cancellations, relocations, and special requests.
• Maintain friendly, confident, accurate, and detail-oriented communication.

Requirements

• Experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
• Upper-Intermediate English at B2+ level and Russian are required.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills for working with partners and suppliers.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to manage heavy workloads.
• A proactive approach to solving complex booking scenarios and partner inquiries.
