Associate Document Operations Specialist (Identity Security)

What you will do

• Execute document onboarding tasks from start to finish while meeting internal accuracy and compliance standards.
• Manage document-related assignments, including document database updates and integration of new document types.
• Label identification document data, including anonymized samples and documents containing PII, according to security and privacy guidelines.
• Analyze document performance data, identify trends, and report findings to coordinators and stakeholders.
• Test and validate document tooling, provide feedback to Product and Engineering, and support second-line verification performance inquiries.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, findings, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Ownership of assigned work through completion.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work from the Portugal-based field location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker.
• Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Interest in machine learning systems and document verification.
• Ability to read and interpret East Asian scripts.
