Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist

Location: Remote from the Cayman Islands; relocation assistance is available if needed. Variable work schedule must overlap with North America hours.

What you will do

• Facilitate cryptocurrency transactions between exchanges.
• Manage cryptoasset treasury and inventory operations.
• Monitor pending settlements and coordinate with counterparties and exchanges to reduce settlement risk.
• Work with back-office teams on comprehensive reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with the trading team and respond accurately to internal and external requests.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and automate workflows or analyze large datasets using Excel, VBA, or other programming tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience transacting cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of blockchains and the ability to read block explorers.
• Familiarity with centralized exchanges and knowledge of traditional finance or crypto trading.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and troubleshoot problems proactively.
• Ability to work a variable schedule overlapping with North America hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with DeFi protocols.
• Python or other scripting experience, including Excel or VBA.
