Controller (Crypto Finance)

hirify.global is building a blockchain execution layer for AI, with a live private testnet and Infernet for accessing AI models on-chain and off-chain.

What you will do

• Own accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance operations across fiat and digital assets.
• Maintain internal controls, reconciliations, documentation, and authorization processes for financial and crypto transactions.
• Manage company treasury, including crypto and fiat holdings, stablecoin liquidity, and vendor payments.
• Monitor cash runway, financial position, budgets, and forecasts, and prepare reports for management, investors, and the board.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with external accounting and tax partners.
• Support token operations, fundraising, audits, due diligence, and risk management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in early-stage startups or fast-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience managing or reconciling crypto transactions and digital assets, including DeFi, tokens, and stablecoins.
• Experience designing and implementing accounting processes in a startup environment.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto-native tooling.
• Knowledge of financial operations in the AI or technology sector, including cloud compute, SaaS, and R&D capitalization.
