Trading Analyst (Crypto)

What you will do

• Roll out trading for new instruments across multiple markets and strategies.
• Design, build, and deploy automated infrastructure and tools for trading desks.
• Troubleshoot and debug live trading systems and resolve system errors.
• Design and maintain data visualisations that provide actionable market insights.
• Manage service deployments and maintain reliable trading environments within performance thresholds.
• Conduct trade reconciliation and verify trade economics and settlement agreements.

Requirements

• Strong Python coding experience in a collaborative development environment; coding skills will be tested.
• Good quantitative and analytical skills.
• Curiosity about algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading.
• Trading intuition, including understanding risk, market dynamics, and trade quality.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; hirify.global USA does not sponsor US visas.
• Graduates and candidates from analytical or software development backgrounds are welcome.
