Manager, Accounting

Location: Remote

Pay range: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Manage the month-end close, general accounting, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Monitor GAAP compliance and support technical accounting research and implementation of new standards.
• Lead, coach, train, and mentor the Accounting team.
• Coordinate annual audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support acquisition-related accounting integration and drive process improvement, automation, and best-practice implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 4 years of experience building and leading a team and managing accounting functions in a public company, private equity-backed company, or similar environment.
• Experience with month-end close, consolidated financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with general ledger software, ideally NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have
