Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance.

hirify.global provides cloud software that automates and controls the financial close process, including an AI-powered Invoice-to-Cash solution for accounts receivable.

What you will do

• Own software features from concept through production using clean, performant, and well-tested code.
• Use AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate design, coding, and testing.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions for the core SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine requirements and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Build systems focused on performance, reliability, security, and enterprise-scale operation.
• Learn and apply enterprise architecture patterns and engineering best practices with senior engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Must be based in commuting distance of the Krakow office and work onsite at least 3 days per week.
• C# proficiency is required.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade, scalable, and secure SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing across microservices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated finance or accounting industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles in software development.
