Salary: 208,000 – 312,000 PLN

What you will do

• Design and architect performant, scalable, and secure software within a Scrum team.
• Develop and support high-throughput data movement infrastructure for the hirify.globalOne SaaS platform.
• Apply SOLID principles and object-oriented design to ensure high software quality.
• Implement and execute unit, integration, and static testing strategies.
• Collaborate on CI/CD workflows and automate repetitive development processes.
• Monitor system health and resolve client-specific issues using tools like New Relic or Splunk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience developing commercial software using C# (or Java/C++).
• Strong experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and operational support.
• Deep understanding of observability, telemetry, and incident response.
• Experience with cloud DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and frameworks.
• Experience improving engineering automation in cloud-native environments.
