TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (C#): Building and operating secure, scalable data-transfer infrastructure for the RelativityOne SaaS platform with an accent on cloud-native architecture, high-throughput data movement, and observability. Focus on designing distributed services, improving CI/CD and automation, and solving complex reliability and performance challenges across large datasets.
Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid/remote
Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN annually, plus an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable software for the One SaaS platform.
- Build and scale infrastructure for reliable, high-throughput data movement across a cloud-native platform.
- Contribute throughout the service lifecycle within a Scrum team, from conception and architecture through operations.
- Apply object-oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies.
- Improve CI/CD workflows, automate repetitive processes, and use monitoring and observability tools to resolve issues proactively.
- Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, mentor colleagues, and join second-line on-call rotations after gaining relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of commercial software development experience using C# or related object-oriented languages such as Java or C++.
- Strong experience with SaaS systems, multi-tenant architecture, subscription lifecycles, and operational support.
- Deep knowledge of observability and telemetry, including distributed tracing, metrics, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Experience with cloud DevOps, CI/CD tools, automated testing, debugging, code reviews, and design documentation.
- Fluency in English and experience working in agile teams, including mentoring and cross-team collaboration.

- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and frameworks.
- Experience improving engineering processes and automation in cloud-native environments.
