Salary: 270,000–406,000 PLN

What you will do
- Define architecture strategy and non-functional design to meet SLO/SLA and cost goals.
- Lead multi-team Azure delivery and enable safe deployments across services like AKS and Cosmos DB.
- Implement advanced deployment practices including policy-as-code, canary, and blue-green releases.
- Own reliability and observability through standardized tracing, metrics, and actionable alerting.
- Drive post-incident improvements and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and manage cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building distributed SaaS systems using .NET/C#.
- 3+ years of experience leading initiatives or teams.
- Deep expertise in Azure (AKS, Service Bus, Cosmos DB) and multi-region patterns.
- Proven ownership of SLO/SLA outcomes and on-call leadership.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with FinOps practices and capacity planning.
- Background in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Pulumi) and container security.
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies and data streaming systems like Kafka.
