What you will do

• Design architecture for Import/Export services meeting SLO/SLA targets
• Develop resilient, cloud-native designs to solve complex data movement problems
• Mentor team members on code quality and technical debt management
• Own production systems, including on-call duties and root cause analysis
• Drive operational excellence via observability and alerting automation
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape the roadmap and trade-offs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET or similar services
• Experience designing distributed SaaS systems
• Proven track record of production ownership and incident response
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation and deployment governance
• English proficiency for technical communication

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume, event-driven microservices
• Background in scaling ETL workflows or data processing systems
• Experience mentoring teams in agile planning
