Brand Support (F/M/X) - Permanent

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with the possibility of working remotely 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Explain and guide sellers through onboarding to internal platforms and back offices, including catalog integration and training.
• Identify seller-specific technical issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Track onboarding progress and communicate updates to the hirify.global sales team.
• Resolve technical problems and support sellers with adding products to permanent offers and catalogs.
• Support the technical preparation of connected flash sales and campaigns.
• Follow technical partner updates, maintain documentation, and proactively improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support and the ability to identify and analyze technical issues.
• Experience working with marketplaces.
• Good communication, logical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Rigorous and proactive approach.
• English proficiency.
• Fluent German.
