Location: Chicago, United States; principally in-person with workplace flexibility under the Workplace for Your Day model. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $115,500–$150,000 per year across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts, with the applicable range depending on geography and experience.

What you will do
- Administer irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, agency accounts, ILITs, and estates, including asset oversight, disbursements, documentation, fiduciary duties, and client-specific planning.
- Prepare materials for and participate in Trust Administration and Trust Investment Committees to support governance and oversight.
- Advise grantors, beneficiaries, legal counsel, financial advisors, and other stakeholders on trust-related matters.
- Coordinate holistic client services covering investments, estate planning, insurance, taxes, cash flow, philanthropy, and retirement planning.
- Delegate work, coach and mentor staff, and contribute to performance management and internal initiatives.
- Develop client relationships, referral networks, practice expansion, and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 4–6 years of experience in personal trust account administration, financial planning, investments, and/or estate planning.
- At least one advanced degree or professional designation; a JD or CTFA is highly preferred, while CFP or CPA is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership ability, attention to detail, and willingness to advance technical knowledge in trust and financial services.
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.
