Bus Architecture Mgr Sr. (AI & Platform Architecture)

Location: TX - Farmers Branch; based in Dallas, TX or San Francisco, California. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $160,930–$326,050 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and drive target-state architecture for AI, platforms, integrations, and shared technology capabilities across Corporate & Institutional Banking.
• Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance practices, and reusable platform services.
• Enable scalable AI adoption, API-led connectivity, event-driven solutions, and cloud-native modernization.
• Lead business architects in developing business process architecture and technical business infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT and business activities, identify effective processes, and align solutions with customer requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams across organizational boundaries while managing security, resiliency, risk, and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms, cloud-native solutions, and modernization initiatives.
• Deep expertise in AI and platform architecture, including GenAI/Agentic AI patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, integration frameworks, and shared services.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, developer platforms, platform engineering, and architecture governance.
• Experience establishing standards and reference architectures and influencing multiple delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience; 5+ years of prior management experience is typically required.
• Strong leadership, communication, consulting, business-process modeling, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, especially in payments, treasury management, commercial banking, risk, or digital channels.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, machine learning, and risk assessments.
