PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

Location: Fort Collins, Loveland, or Greeley, Colorado, United States

Pay: $57.00–$72.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Deliver relationship-based primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Provide preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Educate patients and build trusted, lasting patient relationships.
• Work autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on improving health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Associates: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
