Financial Relationship Banker - Chicago, IL (North Broadway)

Location: Chicago, IL (North Broadway); office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 hourly, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and consumer and business deposit products.
• Presentation skills and strong banking acumen.
