TL;DR
Plant Design Engineer E3D (Aveva E3D/Plant Engineering): Developing virtual 3D models for global Tissue mill delivery projects with an accent on equipment, piping, tank, and civil design integration. Focus on preparing E3D databases and engineering modules, documenting engineering results, and optimizing safe installation, operation, and maintenance.

What you will do

  • Perform extended basic and detail plant design engineering for Tissue mill delivery projects.
  • Prepare and maintain Aveva E3D databases, including pipe specifications, backing sheets, and system settings.
  • Add standard equipment models and engineering modules to prepare 3D models for detail engineering.
  • Develop tank models and integrate customer civil engineering information into E3D.
  • Develop E3D engineering modules, ways of operating, and interfaces with other PLM systems.
  • Ensure engineering documentation and results meet project guidelines, schedules, and financial frameworks.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, or a Diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in plant engineering projects for industrial deliveries using Aveva E3D.
  • Competence in Aveva E3D layout, equipment, and piping engineering.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects and pulp and paper projects.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with discipline leaders and line management.

Nice to have

  • Site experience in inspection, supervision, or commissioning services.
