Talent Management Specialist, Assoc (LMS)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for the Learning Management System.
• Resolve basic support tickets, create learning materials and rosters, and deploy training.
• Assist with configuration, administration, and technical support for the Check-In / Feedback process.
• Research external practices and benchmark employee development, LMS functionality, and learner content.
• Create and deploy surveys to evaluate talent management programs.

Requirements

• Experience or exposure working in a global environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service skills and a responsive attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new technical skills quickly.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of urgency.
