Presales Executive

What you will do

• Translate customer business and technical requirements into hirify.global connectivity, unified communications, and security solutions.
• Create customer-specific technical solutions, presentations, and demonstrations that explain business and technical benefits.
• Support sales representatives and solution sales teams with RFI and RFP responses.
• Identify and coordinate responses to critical technical escalations and non-technical customer issues.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategies for strategic segments in Türkiye.
• Support resilient planning and implementation of Core Network services, including configuration alignment and incident prevention.

Requirements

• University degree in Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, or Mathematics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Telco Connectivity, UC, or Security presales experience and at least 6 years of total work experience.
• Very good technical knowledge of Fixed Connectivity, SD-WAN, DWDM, and MPLS.
• Very good command of English required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and business and technical requirements-capturing skills.
• Completed military service for male candidates and a Class B driving licence.

• Technology certifications from prominent vendors in networking, SD-WAN, or cybersecurity.
• Unified Communications technology knowledge.
• CCNP-level networking knowledge.
