FOLX Clinician NP (Per Diem/Hourly)

Location: Remote, US. Ideal state NP licenses include GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, and IL.

Rate: $95 for a 30-minute appointment and $47.50 for a 15-minute appointment, inclusive of administrative time.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to LGBTQIA+ members through a telehealth platform.
• Deliver gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health care.
• Conduct synchronous audio/video clinical visits.
• Review and result labs and respond to asynchronous clinical questions.
• Complete charts and member care in a timely manner while working remotely.
• Participate in case study discussions and clinical training sessions.

Requirements

• Multiple active state NP licenses; licenses in GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, and IL are preferred.
• At least one state-specific Federal DEA license and active controlled-substance registration or licensure where required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent and national certification through the appropriate licensing authority.
• Experience providing primary care and clinical experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Organizational and time-management skills for remote clinical work, chart completion, and member care.
• Self-motivation, independence, adaptability, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and new applications.

Nice to have

• Compact RN license.
• 30 contact hours of continuing education or a 15-week college-level pharmacology course completed within the last 2–3 years.
