What you will do

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term capacity and resource planning frameworks across Operations.
• Lead productivity management with Team Managers using ActiveOps to support high-performing teams.
• Conduct scenario planning for market, economic, environmental, and regulatory changes affecting operational demand.
• Assess the resource impact, absorption capability, and benefit opportunities of incoming business initiatives with Operations Change and Readiness teams.
• Manage Flow Leaders responsible for planning and allocating resources, and oversee the reactive Surge Team.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership and use root-cause analysis to improve forecast accuracy, resource flexibility, and service resilience.

Requirements

• Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and operational strategy within financial services or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and scenario-planning skills.
• Proficiency with workforce management tools, specifically ActiveOps.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
