Salary: $157,900–$315,900 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead an enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategy and multi-year roadmap covering compensation, benefits, and wellness.
• Modernize rewards programs to remain market-competitive, sustainable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and executives on compensation and benefits decisions.
• Provide governance, analytics, reporting, and financial stewardship for rewards investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
• Oversee vendors, compliance, internal controls, and third-party risk across rewards programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or four years of equivalent professional experience.
• Ten years of progressively responsible professional experience, including five years managing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide compensation and/or benefits programs.
• Strong financial, analytical, governance, executive advisory, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative information for diverse audiences and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification.
• PHR, SPHR, Lean certification, or equivalent.
