Senior Product Manager Performance - Monopoly GO! Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work in the Barcelona hub

What you will do
- Own performance for key live mini games in MONOPOLY GO!, analyzing player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into product actions.
- Build and manage A/B testing and live optimization pipelines, including hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Lead performance readouts and apply learnings across the mini games portfolio.
- Optimize gameplay, balancing, rewards, pacing, and other live game levers.
- Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Live Operations from hypothesis through iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related product disciplines, including 3+ years in Product Management.
- Strong experience using data, experimentation, and product judgment to improve measurable outcomes.
- Ability to independently analyze complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Experience defining hypotheses, KPIs, A/B tests, and performance readouts.
- Strong understanding of F2P game systems, LiveOps, player behavior, and game economies.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, along with strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working on successful live-service mobile, casual, or social games.
- Experience with game economy, balancing, segmentation, or LiveOps optimization.
- Advanced SQL, Excel, or other analytical tooling experience.
- Experience applying AI to analytics, experimentation, game development, or LiveOps.
