What you will do

• Develop and execute 6-week roadmaps based on strategic product goals provided by the Head of Product.
• Drive KPIs for feature adoption, engagement, and retention for a specific portfolio of screens.
• Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to validate activation and retention hypotheses.
• Conduct product discovery using Mixpanel, Hotjar, sales calls, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with customers to elicit requirements for new and existing features.
• Create user flows and wireframes in Miro to guide engineering implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B product management experience focused on growth metrics (activation, retention).
• Proven track record of running growth experiments and iterative launches.
• Degree in Computer Science or a STEM background.
• Ability to manage trade-offs between scope and delivery speed with senior engineers.
• Proficiency in using data to extract conclusions and shape product hypotheses.
• Must be based in Spain, Germany, or Cyprus.

Nice to have

• VC-backed startup experience.
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists.
• Proficiency with Cursor, no-code tools (e.g., Lovable), or AI design tools like Figma Make and Claude Design.
