Growth Product Owner (AI SaaS)

Location: Remote from Spain, Germany, or Cyprus; office available in Cyprus.

Salary: €40,000–€60,000 yearly.

Nodes & Links is an AI-first SaaS company developing software to organize and prioritize work on large-scale projects such as nuclear plants and data centers.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of product screens from scope creation through wireframes and design prototypes.
• Build six-week roadmaps from three-month product plans and report on feature adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion KPIs.
• Design, run, and analyze measurable growth experiments, including A/B tests, copy and layout changes, and onboarding improvements.
• Conduct product discovery through sales calls, Mixpanel, Hotjar, customer success conversations, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Gather requirements from existing customers, create user flows in Miro, and propose data-driven features and success metrics.
• Work with Engineers, QA, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other Product Owners while reporting to the Head of Product.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management with direct ownership of growth metrics.
• Proven experience running growth experiments and using results to iterate, scale, or stop ideas.
• Ability to evaluate scope and delivery trade-offs and protect teams from low-value work and scope creep.
• Strong communication skills across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Product stakeholders.
• Experience using data to form conclusions and hypotheses, plus experience with Perplexity or a similar tool.
• Degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline.

Nice to have

• Previous VC-backed startup experience.
• Experience working with Data Scientists or learning a new technical domain and shipping features in it.
• Experience creating wireframes and designs.
• Experience with Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, Claude Design, Impeccable, or similar tools.
