Senior Product Manager (Asphalt Legends)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with regular office presence.

hirify.global develops and operates the Asphalt Legends racing game as a global live product.

What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the live operations strategy across player engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency.
• Manage new monetization systems from concept and design through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Optimize events and offers using data to improve player lifetime value and average revenue per user.
• Oversee A/B testing, deep-dive analysis, and KPI forecasting to support major business decisions.
• Represent the business interests of Asphalt Legends internally and externally while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience.
• Experience with live operations, product monetization, and long-term product strategy.
• Ability to lead hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting.
• Ability to collaborate with game management, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Barcelona office.
