Growth Product Owner (DE)

Location: Remote role available in Spain, Germany, or Cyprus; office available in Cyprus.

Salary: €40,000–€60,000 gross yearly.

Nodes & Links develops an AI-first SaaS platform for organizing and prioritizing work on large projects such as nuclear plants and data centers.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of product screens from scope creation through design prototypes that engineers can build.
• Generate six-week roadmaps from three-month plans provided by the Head of Product.
• Set and track KPIs for feature adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Design, run, and analyze measurable growth experiments, including A/B tests, copy and layout changes, and onboarding improvements.
• Conduct product discovery through sales calls, Mixpanel, Hotjar, customer-success conversations, and competitive analysis.
• Elicit customer requirements, create user flows in Miro, and propose data-driven features and success metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management with direct ownership of growth metrics.
• Experience running growth experiments and using results to iterate, scale, or discontinue ideas.
• Ability to make prioritization decisions, manage scope, and discuss delivery trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Strong communication skills across engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
• Ability to use data to extract conclusions and form hypotheses.
• Experience with Perplexity or a similar tool, plus a Computer Science or other STEM degree.

• Experience in a venture-backed startup and with data scientists.
• Experience learning a new technical domain and shipping related features.
• Experience creating wireframes and feature designs.
• Experience with Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, Claude Design, Impeccable, or similar tools.
