What you will do

• Own a portfolio of screens end-to-end, from scope creation to design prototypes.
• Develop and execute 6-week roadmaps based on the overall product strategy.
• Drive growth KPIs including feature adoption, user engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Design and run measurable experiments (A/B tests, onboarding tweaks) to validate hypotheses.
• Conduct product discovery using Mixpanel, Hotjar, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Generate user flows and wireframes in Miro to define new feature implementations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management with direct ownership of growth metrics.
• Proven track record of running growth experiments and iterating based on data.
• Degree in Computer Science or other STEM background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Engineers, Designers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools like Perplexity to shape product capabilities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in VC-backed startups.
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists.
• Proficiency with Cursor, no-code tools (e.g., Lovable), or AI design tools (Figma Make, Claude Design).
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
