What you will do
- Guide senior clients and prospects through large technology and business transformation exercises.
- Unify transformation streams and consolidate workshop outputs into clear transformation plans.
- Build internal networks and cross-functional teams across skills and geographies.
- Partner with Sales and Key Account Management to develop compelling transformation stories and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with project delivery, solution architecture, sales, and key account management stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial roles and/or technology or business transformation projects.
- Experience in a commercial role, ideally within financial services or a global enterprise.
- Degree-level education in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including networking, presenting to senior figures, and client engagement.
- Adaptable communication skills for explaining technical and complex concepts at business level across knowledge and language barriers.
- Flexibility to travel globally on a case-by-case basis.
