Test Technician

hirify.global Industrial Division designs and manufactures control systems, operator controls, and motor controllers for medical mobility products and hybrid and electric vehicles.

What you will do

• Create and oversee test programs for new and existing products.
• Use internal and external test facilities to verify and validate products against technical requirements.
• Investigate customer returns and production failures.
• Follow test schedules, specifications, and operating procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Record test status and findings in relevant systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support the department manager in achieving the rework schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with electromechanical products.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and specifications.
• Good communication skills and the ability to document written findings.
• Competence with IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, energetic team player with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Compliance with all health and safety requirements and any applicable security screening for export-controlled information.
