Senior Platform Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Define and govern enterprise platform engineering standards, CI/CD frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable platform capabilities.
• Design and evolve cloud-native platforms and Internal Developer Platforms, including Golden Paths, self-service capabilities, and shared engineering services.
• Build and maintain highly available Kubernetes-based platforms across development and production environments.
• Implement observability, reliability, security, automation, compliance, and platform governance practices.
• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to support platform adoption and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency; troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, and version control using Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Experience designing and operating Internal Developer Platforms, Golden Paths, reusable platform services, observability solutions, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent English communication skills required, including the ability to define engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and collaborate across functions.
