Senior Platform Engineer (Women Applicants Only)

Location: Remote-first from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Build tools, processes, and automation that improve the day-to-day work of more than 500 engineers.
• Enable engineering teams to deliver software faster, with higher quality and security.
• Develop solutions that simplify the adoption of engineering best practices.
• Create and operate production software, cloud infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to developer experience, software testing, and engineering productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in software architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD, networking, and developer experience.
• Experience developing production software such as web applications, libraries, or CLIs.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure.
• English proficiency required.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from Brazil.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on platform teams.
• Golang proficiency and experience designing or managing cloud infrastructure.
• Experience developing developer experience tooling, software testing solutions, or Kubernetes Operators.
• Experience with incident management, AI concepts in platform teams, or engineering productivity metrics.
• Experience creating knowledge-sharing initiatives, courses, or LMS platforms for engineering teams.
