TL;DR
Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes/Terraform): Building and evolving a secure, reliable cloud platform for engineering teams with an accent on Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, and developer experience. Focus on designing scalable AWS infrastructure, improving GitOps deployment workflows, strengthening platform security, and developing Go-based automation and AI tools.
Location: Remote in Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain

What you will do
- Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment workflows.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and incident management.
- Implement platform security, secrets management, and infrastructure compliance.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience.
- Write production-quality Go code for platform tooling and automation, including AI productivity tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes and deep knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AWS, preferably EKS.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or modern observability platforms.
- Ability to write production code, preferably in Go, and solve platform problems at scale.
