Software Engineer - Developer Experience (CI/CD)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and supporting systems.
• Develop developer productivity solutions, automate local development workflows, and replace manual processes.
• Support infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including access management and cloud operations.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and root-cause issues, document resolutions, and coordinate defect follow-up.
• Automate release engineering processes for delivering software to endpoints.
• Monitor and report on the reliability and robustness of CI/CD systems while participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus a basic understanding of cloud networking and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, Jenkins or similar tools, Maven or comparable build environments, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Terraform, Bash, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with strong technical writing and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of data lakes and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with SQL.
