TL;DR
Technical AI Product Manager (AI): Scaling a connector ecosystem of MCP servers, third-party APIs, and app integrations that extends consumer AI products beyond the model itself with an accent on reliability, evaluation, and data-driven prioritization. Focus on translating LLM and agentic capabilities into product specifications, measuring adoption and performance, and driving integrations from discovery through launch and iteration.
Location: Remote within the European Union and listed countries, with applicants required to be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET

What you will do
- Own the roadmap and backlog for an ecosystem of MCP servers, third-party APIs, and app integrations.
- Prioritize connectors based on user demand, business impact, reliability, and engineering effort.
- Write product specifications and acceptance criteria and partner with AI engineers on technical design.
- Define frameworks for connector evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
- Translate LLM capabilities, structured outputs, tool use, and agentic workflows into buildable product requirements.
- Own features from discovery and specification through QA, launch, experimentation, and post-launch iteration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with technical, platform, API, or integration products.
- Experience owning products end to end, from hypothesis through production and iteration.
- Technical fluency with API documentation, data schemas, JSON, and collaboration with engineers.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, prompts, structured outputs, agents, tool use, and AI product limitations.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, plus strong analytical and product analytics skills; Mixpanel is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely within approximately ±4 hours of CET and communicate effectively in an asynchronous environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building, integrating, or shipping MCP servers or clients.
- Experience scaling an integrations marketplace or connector ecosystem.
- Experience with AI gateways or model routing such as OpenRouter and observability or evaluation tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Node, or Next.js.
- Startup or fast-paced, high-iteration product experience.
