Staff Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a strategic, multi-project product bet from concept through adoption and be accountable for its outcomes and metrics.
• Develop the bet's strategy, build executive conviction, and defend recommendations under pressure.
• Set the product quality bar by speaking directly with customers, evaluating user flows, and defining what great looks like.
• Design workflows where AI supports analysis, prototyping, and synthesis, while establishing verification standards for reliable results.
• Write SQL and analyze product data in Metabase and Amplitude; prototype with Claude, Devin, and Lovable when appropriate.
• Improve planning rituals, post-launch reviews, prioritization loops, and systemic shipping practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of multi-project strategic bets.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into shipped outcomes without an established playbook.
• Ability to build executive conviction, make difficult decisions, and challenge decisions upward.
• Experience shipping quickly on small teams and personally performing product work.
• Strong data fluency, including pulling, modeling, and using data to pressure-test ideas.
• Daily sophisticated use of AI tools, understanding their limitations, and experience developing other PMs formally or informally.

• Experience with conversational, LLM-powered, or agentic products.
• Experience selling into large enterprises.
