What you will do

• Demonstrate AI solutions to potential customers and identify their technical challenges.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements.
• Modify computer-vision AI pipelines to address customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and growth.
• Respond to customer inquiries through the ticketing system and email.
• Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, community resources, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• At least 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Python programming in Linux environments.
• Fluent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Good understanding of hardware.
• Willingness to travel less than once per month.
