What you will do

• Coordinate on-site station operations during assigned shifts and report to the station manager and supervisor.
• Assist drivers with unloading and sorting goods when they arrive at the station.
• Monitor driver delivery efficiency, service quality, and the delivery experience guarantee.
• Train employees on the driver business system and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with customer service and handle customer inquiries by phone.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in coordinating delivery station operations and driver workflows.
• Ability to learn and implement delivery systems and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to monitor delivery efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with customer service and communicate with customers by phone.
