MDM Migration Engineer / Endpoint Management Specialist

What you will do

• Own the short-term migration from an externally managed Microsoft Intune environment to a new in-house MDM/UEM platform.
• Configure enrollment, management, security, compliance, and device policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Set up Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise where required.
• Migrate and re-enroll existing employee devices with minimal disruption.
• Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft Entra ID or a similar identity system and troubleshoot migration issues.
• Document the environment and provide a clear handover to the internal team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing or migrating an MDM/UEM environment.
• Practical experience with at least one major MDM platform, such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji, Workspace ONE, or MobileIron.
• Experience managing mixed device environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and/or Android.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot or Microsoft Endpoint Management, and Android Enterprise.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for endpoint automation, plus device enrollment, profiles, security, and compliance configuration.
• Advanced English and strong stakeholder communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Experience working with external IT/MSP providers during migrations or offboarding.
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or education.
• Knowledge of certificate management, PKI, or network access control.
