Lending Systems Analyst, Sr (Banking Systems)

Salary: $60,000–$100,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Optimize workflows and processes for assigned banking business units.
• Identify, document, validate, and refine business and technology requirements.
• Investigate existing and proposed business systems and recommend improvement options.
• Lead business case development and RFP activities during project initiation.
• Lead integration and user acceptance testing for revised workflows, processes, and systems.
• Develop implementation, post-implementation, and training materials while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and Technology Advancement Group.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of relevant business analysis, project management, or operations experience related to the assigned business unit.
• Expertise in business operations, analytical and problem-solving skills, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, documentation, and applicable regulations.
• Strong knowledge of development concepts, applications, and customer requirements.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, stakeholder, and vendor-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, business systems, or an equivalent field.
• Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with the Encompass loan origination system.
