TL;DR
Product Owner (AI): Leading and evolving an AI as a Service offering for software development teams with an accent on service ownership, roadmap definition, and user adoption. Focus on transforming isolated AI experimentation into a governed, scalable capability and driving the integration of AI agents across the software development lifecycle.
Location: Must be located in Poland; Hybrid (office visits in Katowice required).
Salary: 18,000–22,000 PLN gross/month (UOP) or 135–190 PLN net/h (B2B).

What you will do
- Own the AI as a Service vision, delivering the roadmap, priorities, and overall service lifecycle.
- Define and track service KPIs including adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and cost.
- Coordinate technical teams to deliver and evolve the AI service.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to create a continuous improvement loop.
- Drive adoption across development teams via onboarding, documentation, training, and demos.
- Build and nurture the internal AI developer community.
Requirements
- EU citizenship and residency in Poland.
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager of digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in the SDLC (code generation, review, testing).
- Knowledge of AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Kiro.
- Experience collaborating with software engineering or DevOps teams.
- Fluent English: B2/C1 required.

- ITIL Foundation certification or practical ITSM experience.
